Jacqueline Morin (or Miss Jackie as she is known to her students) graduated summa cum laude from West Chester University with a M.M. in Piano Pedagogy and Plymouth State University with a B.A. in Piano Performance and Pedagogy. Additional studies include the Tanglewood Young Artists Piano Program and the Oxford Summer Program in-residence at Lincoln College of Oxford University. Since 2004, Jacqueline has taught piano and music theory to students ranging from young beginners to college music majors. She has served on the faculties at Plymouth State University, West Chester Community Music School (PA), Seacoast Academy of Music, Mila Filatova Piano Academy and the Concord Community Music School.
Jacqueline is an active member of the Music Teachers National Association, currently serving as secretary on the NH board and is on the Fall Festival committee. In 2007, she was the recipient of the MTNA Star Award for academic and teaching excellence. She is a frequent adjudicator for MENC and NHMTA events.
Jacqueline has extensive experience as an accompanist and serves as pianist and organist for Hooksett Congregational Church. She is also an active choral singer and has performed with the Plymouth State University Chamber Singers, Cantari Donne, New Hampshire Philharmonic, New Hampshire Music Festival Chorus and New Hampshire Master Chorale.
Lessons for students ranging from ages five to adult; beginners to advanced levels. Lessons are taught one-on-one, which allows students to receive specifically tailored instructions to meet their goals and learning styles.
Accompanying services available for competitions, recitals, school performances, weddings, funerals and social functions.
